the infant insert is missing the wedge pillow that goes in it and there is a small tear in the top that is likely caused from dropping while attempting to put into a car. there are scuffs on the plastics that are consistent with this. please see photos. new wedges can be purchased on ebay, or you could make one. or simply use without. or for older children that do not require the insert.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
