Item tested for power and wifi/app connectivity. Unable to fully test out the item due to the internal battery on the robot vacuum needing to be replaced. This is why the item is being marked with issue. There is dust/debris on/inside both the robot vacuum and base station as well as some light wear on the side brush, main brush and mop pads of the robot vacuum. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on both as a result from previous use/shipping. See attached photos for everything included with the item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
