Item tested for power and wifi/app connectivity. We were unable to test the item any further as we found that the robot vacuum will not hold a charge (the internal battery will need to be replaced) and as a result from this that's why the item is being marked handled with issue. The item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned, there is dust/debris on/in the robot vacuum and the base station. There also is some light scuffs on the robot vacuum. There is some light wear on the side brush, the main brush and the mop pads. Please refer to the attached photos to see everything included with the item as there may be some accessories missing.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
