There is a large amount of water staining on the front and inside of the dispenser, as well as on the pump, indicating a lot of previous use or at least rough handling. Water that was left over in the machine also appears to have leaked out during shipping, dampening the top corner of the box - see photos. Outside of the cleanliness of the machine, there are no visible issues or damage that would affect function. Tested for power.
