this does have dirt consistent with previous use inside. and is missing a shelf. unfortunately not able to test product as it was upside down upon arrive. needs to be upright at least 24 hours before plugging in. still has protective film on it. please see photos. small dent in back does no affect function
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
