Item shows signs of being previously installed and tried out prior to being returned (markings on the heatsink). Item marked with issue as this is just the cpu cooler. It is missing all the hardware, brackets, accessories that would normally come with it. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
