There are some light scuffs/scratches on the exterior of one of the cylinders, and some rust built up along the inside of both cylinders likely due to a long period of storage, but no clear signs of prior use on either - see photos. This appears to be a generic part compatible with various different rolling jack models, so we encourage customers to use the part# to look up detailed compatibility.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
