There are some scuff marks and light scratches on the dispenser indicating previous use. Please note that there is some damage at one of the screw holes on the back, but it does not appear to affect function Tested for power - only the "replace water jug" light comes on and is unclear whether or not the other lights depend on a water jug being installed (see photos)
