**Tested for power, charging and basic functionality.** We are unable to fully test item for everything due to the limitations of our network. There is dust/debris on both the base station and the robot vacuum as a result from previous use/testing. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches to both as well. Item marked with having issue as the mop pad brackets and mop pads are missing, Customer will require purchasing these in order to use the item 100%. Please see attached photo for everything included with this item.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
