The metal spoke that the front wheel attaches to is very bent out of shape, and will need to be bent back in order to roll smoothly. The hardware for attaching the wheel also appears to be missing, so customer will need to provide their own in order to attach it. Additionally, there are various light stains on the stroller and car seat, as well as the presence of dirt on the wheels indicating prior ownership and use - see photos. Outside of the bent front spoke, there appears to be no major damage or issues with any other part. If customer can get the spoke bent back into shape and attach the wheel properly, the stroller should be usable without any issues.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
