When the lever is pulled down, the headlights turn on and the sound of the motor can be heard, but the scoop on the front does not rotate. This is likely due to some part of it being stuck or broken, not visible from the outside. May be able to function as normal if opened up and repaired, but as is cannot be used effectively. There are also a good amount of dirt/moisture stains on the exterior, indicating previous use - see photos. The battery and charger both appear to function without any issues, and the basic power of the snow thrower is functional.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
