Item arrived loose without the securing scraps and the antenna securing rubber but these can be replaced. There are some signs of light use on the item but nothing significant and nothing that should effect use. tested for power and function with app. Please note that this item only works via cellular network in the US but the item can still be used in canada with the app or locally by using an SD card.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
