Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There is some filament on the hot end nozzle, some minor scratches on the bed and some scuffs on the housing as a result from previous use. Item tested for power, nozzle and bed heat and axis movement. During our testing we found that the front fan on the nozzle/extruder seems to not be working (it was not spinning at all). Customer may need some general hardware for setting up the rest of the printer. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
