tested for power. missing base. tv powers on and connects to wifi. the Samsung channels do stream however there appears to be a specific problem with streaming apps like youtube, tubi and potentially more. The apps launches and ads play when selecting a video/movie, but the actually video does not play and sometimes causing the tv to shut off.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
