Item appears new. There does not appear to be any dead pixels or damage in anyway to the screen, however we we're unable to test this due to having an issue with remote control pairing. We we're able to power it on and get to that pair remote screen. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
