monitor Riser appears to be damaged on the area where the ports are. Looks to be pushed in. some plastic clips where the screw go in have been damaged. Attempted to repair in house but unable should be able to be repaired with full disassembly.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
