upon inspection we have found that the metal parts that put the seat backrest up and down is dented and has some scuffs on it, however this does not seem to effect its ability to go up and down, their are some white scuff marks and blemishes on the seat, this seems to be due to shipping and handling. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition)
