Upon inspection, we have found some hardware installed previously and we have found dents / fraying / scuffs on this item as well as on the assembly points indicating this item has been previously assembled, these assembly points should still be usable as the damage is only surface level and is not deep enough to damage the slots where the pieces will be inserted, the fraying can also be fixed with hot glue. all vital parts for assembly are present and the fireplace has been tested for power and is confirmed to be working, their is dust and Styrofoam marks from shipping and handling. see photos below.
