Power is functional, but there are no ink cartridges in the printer so we are unable to test for printing function. Additionally, an error message on the display indicates that the print head is out of alignment, though there is no clearly visible physical damage to any part - see photos. If customer can realign the print head and supply ink, the printer should function as normal.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
