there is some light scratching on the item due to shipping and there is some damage (white marks) on the plastic at the bottom of the car seat please see last photo

This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
