The metal on the door has bent out of shape due to shipping, as a result the door cannot be properly closed in its current state. If customer can bend the metal back into shape, the door should function without any issues. Other than the damage to the door, there are no other visible issues or damage to the server cabinet, outside of some light scuffs on the exterior - please see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
