this item arrived to our facility fully put together meaning it has been previously assembled it seems that theirs an issue with the locking that causes the pole , handle to be stuck, this may be fixable, their are some scuffs on this item, this seems to be due to shipping and handling. see photos. mop pads are open and the cleaning solution is missing can be replaced.
