Item has some debris in charging case which can be cleaned, debris on ear tips and in crevices, significant visible wear from previous use, see photos. Item's charging case began to overheat during charging; item was still able to charge (60% before error occured). Item does not include additional ear tips, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally. (See lister notes and photos attached of the issue stated as well as packaging condition).

This item appears to have been used for its purpose more than multiple times beyond our companies’ standards of lightly used/handling.
