The aqua filter may need to be replaced. There are paper residue on the outside of the water tank. There are coffee residues in the grinder and stains on the drip tray. The product has to be cleaned thoroughly before use. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos) This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.
