Item has light wear on scratch posts, a few small hairs throughout, scratch marks/fraying on the pompoms and on a couple of the posts from previous use, see photos. This item unfortunately does not have every piece, or a manual. However, we do believe there is enough here to create a similar cat tree at a shorter height. Hardware included.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
