There are coffee powder on the grinder, there are water stains on the water tank, there are coffee stains on the dip tray due to previous use. Recommended to be cleaned before use. Tested for basic power and grinder motor only. (Please see photos) This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.**
