Their are some scuffs present on this item as well as what seems to be dried water drops, this seems to be due to previous handling/ use the black pieces that are attached to the clamp are missing, we are unsure if this will effect the usage of this item. we were unable to test this item due to its nature. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
