Please note that the top panel of the robot vacuum and the manual are missing from the original packaging. The filter, mop pads, and side brush show dirt and hair residue from previous use. There are minor scratch marks on the sides and top of the robot vacuum, and the water tank and dirt tank have visible water stains from prior use. Tested for power, suction, movement, charging and Wi-Fi connectivity only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
