There are dents on the soundbar near the logo and on the top, as well as scratch marks on the base. The mesh on the top has cuts, and there are additional dents on the top left corner, the top right middle area, and a dent/chip on the top back right corner. However, there is no issue with the sound quality. Tested for power and functionality. (Please see photos)
