upon inspection we have found the power cord is missing meaning we are unable to test its power and we recommend acquiring a separate charger for this item to test if it works or not , 2 of the black keys have broken off and will need to be reapplied in order for this item to be used properly. their are some general scratches and scuffs on this item, but this item can still be used for its stool and piano stand. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
