This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. **Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturer's operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.** **Tested for power.** Item has minor coffee grounds debris throughout machine's interior, light residue markings on the drip tray and in the reservoir, minor scuffs/markings along the exterior, does not include a water hardness test strip from previous gentle use, see photos. Item's flap for the pre-ground coffee compartment is missing a nub and does not sit correctly in its place, there is a small crack near one corner which shouldn't affect the item's function, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
