tested for power. please note the wheels are detached one has a piece missing. Can carry if wheels cannot be fixed. The hose and electric cord has a tapes residue that many be cleaned off. There is some dust and dirt on the long attachments of the pressure washer can be cleaned. There's some scuffing on the handle and smaller carrying handle has be broken off may be able to fix.
