Products plastic has some cracks which include on the back area where the product would be mounted. Also a crack in the plastic hose connector. Product also has scuffs, dirt and mud stains from previous use. It's possible some mounting hardware is missing Product was tested and has basic power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
