this item is missing the training wheels, the brake system is disconnected, the handbrake is loose on the handle bar and the chain has come off, their are some scuffs , scratches and dirt spots on this bike as well as some wrinkles on the seat. we are unsure if this bike could be assembled/ used. however it is possible that somebody could repair this bike back to a usable state. see photos below to view all parts included with this listing.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
