Please note that this item arrived with clear signs of prior use, there is minor coffee residue on parts of the item but nothing significant and nothing that should effect use. Additionally there is damage to the top part of the capsule container but nothing that should effect use, the water resevoir tank is also not included but this can be replaced and there are 3rd party replacements available through amazon. tested for basic power and function. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
