There are some screws left in the frame, and scuffs on some of the metal close to the screw holes, indicating at least partial previous assembly - see photos. Aside from this cosmetic damage, all parts appear present and in good condition, though customer may need to provide some additional hardware (screws, etc) as some may have gone missing during shipping/previous handling.
