item tags still attached to straps, item had a very small amount of sand on the handle and one small scuff on the frame but we believe this to be from shipping as opposed to use as the wheels are clean and the wheels are clean

The contents inside will still be in sealed bags and or cords untouched. Item may also appear in new unused condition but the bags inside have been previously opened and/or contents such as cables have been handled unwrapped.
