There are scratches and ground coffee residue in/on the machine. The panel on the left side is not sitting flush on the back of the unit, it is slightly warped /there is a gap. Ours is missing the bottom tray piece, small plastic flap piece for the top and the cleaning accessories. Please note that this machine cannot function without the bottom tray inserted. In order to use this machine, you will need to purchase a compatible tray for the bottom separately. Tested for power. (SEE PHOTOS)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
