Please note the left side of the neck band has cosmetic blemish and has been bent, there are minor scratch marks on the outer ear pad from previous use. The charging cable did not arrive with the product, a third party cable has been provided. Tested for power and functionality. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
