Lister condition notes:
Item shows signs of being previously installed prior to being returned. There are some minor scuffs/scratches/markings on the housing as a result from previous use/shipping. Item was tested for power only. Unable to fully test the item due to it's nature. Item marked with issue as it is missing the dust bag, the mounting bracket and hardware for installing it. See attached photos.
