Items won at 204 Mapleview Drive West, Unit #7 must be picked up there. Huronia auction pickups remain at our flagship location.

Package condition: Retail packaging (distressed)

Lister condition notes:

Please note there is some wearing around screw mounts showing it was previously assembled. Some pieces have minor scuffing and scratches. One of the front middle panel for drawer is missing and the hardware came in loose, so we cannot guarantee all hardware is present. See photos for reference.

Generic condition statement:

*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been inspected/handled by our listing staff for cosmetic issues/completion due to this item arriving previously assembled or installed. There may be cosmetic blemishes or residue from prior installation/setup and may require additional generic hardware if some have went missing during shipping. Payment & pick-up deadline: Saturday October 18th at 5:00 pm

Warranty deadline: two weeks from date of pickup
