Item's phono audio is extremely quiet; item functions normally on other modes (bluetooth, fm, cd) however when playing vinyl the audio from the speakers (and headphones when plugged in) are almost inaudible at maximum volume. There is a small scuff in the record area, see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
