Vacuum is not able to be powered on in its current state, as the connector where the handle is meant to be attached to the main unit is damaged to the point of not being connectable. The power cord is also considerably damaged, though it still seems able to conduct power to the unit. Additionally, the brushes on the underside of the vacuum and the inside of the tank are somewhat dirty, indicating previous use - see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
