There are 2 light scratches in the plastic of the dust compartment, and a small rip in the exterior of the power cord, though the wires themselves are not damaged. Additionally, some dust and debris on the bottom brush and some of the accessories indicates some previous use - see photos. Outside of these issues, appears to be in good condition and function normally.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
