Theirs some light dust / dirt on this item, this seems to be due to shipping and handling. this item has been tested for power and is confirmed to be working however the remote has been tested with multiple sets of batteries and is confirmed be non functional. this fan can still be used without a working re mote as the fan can be turned on and settings can be adjusted manually. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
