Their are some dirt marks, rusting / decolorization, scuffs, scratches, fraying and blemishes on this item, this seems to be due to previous assembly as these marks are present around the assembly points of this item, their is some dirt on the canopy pieces due to prior light use. we have found no instruction manual for this item meaning we are unable to confirm if all vital parts for assembly are present, however it does seem that the vital parts for assembly are present. see photos below.
