The locking mechanism is missing a pin but it looks like it's been provided, it may need to be replaced, the grip tape has signs of use such as some scuffs, tearing, scratches, dirt and debris, there are scratches, scuffs and small chips on the overall item, clean before use. Tested for power and function.
