There are signs of previous use, there are scratch marks on the top/sides and there are dust residue from previous use. The inks has already been installed previously. Tested for power and functionality. (Please see photos) This printer arrived with it's ink filled and/or cartridges installed due to previous use. We are unable to determine the remaining levels of the ink, and as such, we highly recommend replacing them and/or refilling them before use. The printer may also require head cleaning and/or adjustment maintenance before use.
