There are milk stains on the top lid and inside the jar, yellow stains on the sides, water stains on the water tank from previous use, and scratch marks on the sides and top. Recommended to be cleaned before use. Shows "ERROR E2" because there is no water in the water tank. Tested for power and motor function only. (Please see photos)
