The 4 hooks meant to be on the corners of the heater for hanging purposes are missing, customer will need to source a replacement in order to hang the unit properly. Additionally, due to shipping damage, one of the vent blades is dented and there is a slight dent in the metal behind it as well. There is also a small dent/cracking in the top of the unit near the two screws in the center - see photos. Tested for power.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
